Chief Information Security Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the organization's information security strategy. The CISO will oversee risk management, compliance, incident response, and security operations, ensuring protection of company assets, customer data, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement the organization's information security strategy and roadmap.

- Lead enterprise-wide risk management, vulnerability assessments, and threat mitigation.

- Oversee incident response, investigations, and remediation efforts.

- Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, and other regulations.

- Drive security awareness programs and promote a culture of security across the organization.

- Partner with development teams to integrate security into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Manage enterprise security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, encryption) and application security programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or CEH preferred.

- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide security programs, ideally in SaaS or tech-driven organizations.

- Strong knowledge of network, cloud, and application security; hands-on with SAST/DAST and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
