Key Requirements:

- Strong understanding of HR trends, especially within the automotive industry.

- Expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and leadership coaching.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with technological advancements shaping the automotive industry.

- Experience in managing multi-location teams and diverse workforces.

- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are a plus
