
We are seeking a dynamic CHRO to lead the full spectrum of HR practices for a fast-growing, high-paced organization in the food solutions and ingredients industry. The role is a key leadership position responsible for building organizational capability, culture, and talent strategy while implementing best-in-class HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Organization Development, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Implement agile performance management systems with clear KRAs, KPIs, and recognition frameworks.
- Champion culture-building initiatives, diversity, equity & inclusion, and employee engagement programs.
- Digitize HR processes, strengthen policies, and align compensation structures to market standards.
- Lead wellness and career growth initiatives to retain critical talent.
- Build a strong employer brand through campus, digital, and industry presence.
Profile Requirements:
- 15+ years of HR experience, including 4-5 years in a world-class HR environment and 4-5 years in a scaling organization.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR strategy execution.
- Strong people orientation with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a process-driven mindset and ability to leverage data analytics.
- High integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion to make the organization a "best place to work."
