The Head of Human Resources will act as a trusted partner to the Founders and leadership team, driving the people strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role will be pivotal in addressing both short- and long-term human capital challenges, building a high-performing workforce, and shaping an engaging organizational culture within a high-growth, technology-driven financial services environment.

- Ensure key roles are staffed with high-performing talent to support business growth.
People Strategy & Structure :
- Define HR frameworks aligned with business aspirations; support organizational structuring.
Leadership Development & Retention :
- Strengthen the executive bench, address underperformance, and retain top talent.
HR Processes & Systems :
- Build scalable policies, performance management, and reward strategies that reinforce a high-performance culture.
Compliance & HR Service Delivery :
- Ensure regulatory compliance, implement HR technology, and provide actionable insights on workforce trends.
Build HR Team :
- Develop, motivate, and retain a high-caliber HR team capable of supporting growth.
Culture & Leadership :
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, fostering an engaged and proactive workforce.
Profile Overview
Experience:
- 15-18 years, with recent experience as Head HR/CHRO in a smaller setup or HRBP in a larger setup.
Preferred Background:
- Fintech, Ecommerce, or Consumer Tech. Candidates from Financial Services may also be considered if they have experience managing product & technology talent.
