The CHRO will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's mission and vision.

The CHRO will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

1. HR Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

- Ensure HR policies and practices are best-in-class and industry-leading.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Identify and recruit top talent for key positions, including HODs and teams.

- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies.

3. Policy Development and Implementation:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

4. JD and KRA Development:

- Develop and implement job descriptions and KRAs that align with business objectives.

- Ensure JD and KRAs are clear, concise, and measurable.

5. Employee Engagement and Retention:

- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve retention and productivity.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

6. HR Operations and Systems:

- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits.

- Implement HR systems and technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Performance Metrics:

1. Talent Acquisition and Retention

2. Employee Engagement and Satisfaction

3. HR Process Efficiency and Effectiveness

4. Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations

5. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a CHRO or similar role in a large organization.

2. Strong HR leadership and strategic thinking skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement.

5. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

6. Experience in HR operations and systems implementation.

The CHRO will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success by developing and implementing effective HR strategies. By attracting and retaining top talent, the CHRO will help the company achieve its mission and vision.
