Role:
As the Head of Growth & Revenue , you will be responsible for defining and executing the revenue strategy, managing large-scale marketing budgets, and driving user growth, acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a data-driven growth strategy across multiple consumer segments.
2. Lead large-scale customer acquisition and retention initiatives, optimizing conversion funnels.
3. Oversee high marketing and performance budgets to drive high-ROI growth.
4. Build and lead high-performance teams across marketing, growth, and business development.
5. Leverage analytics and consumer insights to refine customer lifecycle management.
Candidate Requirements:
1. 18+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles within digital consumer businesses.
2. Proven expertise in handling large marketing budgets and scaling customer acquisition and retention.
3. Strong understanding of performance marketing, data analytics, and user engagement.
4. Background in consumer-facing digital businesses such as media, entertainment, e-commerce, or fintech.
