Hiring for some of India's most exciting high-growth companies to find them exceptional leaders. We're currently hiring for a key leadership position for our clients, a leaders in the D2C space.

We are looking for strategic thinkers and operators from top-tier consulting firms who are ready to build and scale leading consumer brands.

The Opportunities:

Location: Gurgaon

What you'll do: You will own the entire growth engine for the brand. This includes leading marketing, sales, customer acquisition and retention, brand building, and launching in new markets. You will be a key part of the executive team, shaping the company's growth story.

Who we're looking for:

- 7-8 years of total work experience.

- This must include 4-5 years in a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Accenture Strategy, etc.).

- Hands-on experience scaling a consumer brand, preferably in fashion, D2C, or a related tech business.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing, GTM strategies, and brand building.

- Experience in the D2C or FMCG sector is required, either from your consulting projects or in an industry role.
