Chief Financial Officer/Vice President - Finance - Manufacturing Group

About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / VP Finance to lead the finance function of a listed manufacturing group with a strong growth trajectory. The role requires a seasoned finance leader who can partner with the Board and CEO to shape long-term financial and business strategy while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Finance Leadership: Own corporate finance, accounts, governance, and compliance for the group.

- Financial Planning & Control: Drive budgeting, costing, MIS, and financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.

- Capital Markets & Banking: Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions; lead capital raising and treasury strategy.

- Restructuring & Governance: Oversee balance sheet restructuring, internal controls, and statutory compliance to align with business goals.

- Business Partnership: Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, investments, and risk management.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and excellence.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant and/or MBA with 15-25 years of finance leadership experience.

- Proven expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, cost control, and financial strategy.

- Demonstrated success in working with Boards, promoters, and senior leadership.

- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to drive financial performance.
