Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Industry

Job Title : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Manufacturing Industry.

Location: Ghaziabad.

Reporting To : CEO / Director.

Industry:- Manufacturing.

Experience:- 15+ years in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing sector.

- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our manufacturing organization.

- The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving financial strategy, managing risk, ensuring compliance, and supporting sustainable business growth through financial planning and operational efficiency.

Financial Leadership & Strategy:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Drive long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

- Advise the CEO and board on financial performance, investment opportunities, and risks.

Financial Operations & Compliance:

- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls.

- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (GST, Income Tax, Companies Act).

- Manage audits (internal/external) and liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Cost Control & Efficiency:

- Lead cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

- Monitor production costs, labor efficiency, inventory control, and overheads.

- Implement ERP systems and financial reporting tools tailored for manufacturing.

Capital Management & Fundraising:

- Optimize capital structure and working capital.

- Manage debt/equity financing and relationships with investors and financial institutions.

- Evaluate CAPEX proposals and ROI analysis for new projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance (mandatory).

- Minimum 15 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 5+ years as CFO/Head of Finance in the manufacturing sector.

- In-depth knowledge of cost accounting, supply chain finance, and plant finance.

- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
