Chief Financial Officer:

Key duties include financial planning and strategy, managing budgets and cash flow, risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing accounting and reporting, managing investor relations, and providing strategic financial advice to the CEO and senior management to drive profitability and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Strategy:

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning to support growth and profitability.

Financial Operations & Reporting:

- Oversee accounting procedures, manage financial controls, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and provide transparent financial data to stakeholders.

Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and market risks, developing contingency plans to safeguard company assets and ensure operational continuity.

Capital Management:

- Manage cash flow, oversee capital structure, and develop fundraising plans to meet the company's financial needs.

Strategic Guidance:

- Advise the CEO and other executives on financial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, investment opportunities, and strategies for revenue growth and cost reduction.

Stakeholder Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other financial partners.

Compliance:

- Ensure the company adheres to all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.

Team Leadership:

- Supervise finance personnel, such as controllers and financial advisors, and provide leadership to the finance department.
