Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Kolkata

We are seeking a high-caliber CFO to join our client leadership team in Kolkata.

This is a strategic role for a stable and seasoned finance leader with proven expertise in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all financial operations, compliance, and risk management.

- Advise management on financial strategies, including mergers, acquisitions, and investments.

- Partner effectively with cross-functional leaders (Production, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, etc. ) to drive business growth.

- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders - bankers, auditors, investors, and clients.

- Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams.

- Provide entrepreneurial insight and independent leadership in driving organizational success.

Ideal Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.

- Strong track record of stable work stints and delivering measurable results.

- Expertise in compliance management and business advisory.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and run the organization independently.

- Preference for candidates based in East India/Kolkata.
