Job Description
The incumbent will play a critical role in developing and implementing the financial strategy of the company. As apart of leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, analysis, budgeting, accounting, risk management, and investor relations. The ideal candidate will be from a Core Manuifacturing organisation,must strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and improving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with the companys goals.
- Direct all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports and insights to the CEO, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage company cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Establish internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial systems and reporting.
- Work with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies and Bankers
- Support strategic initiatives such as M&A, fundraising, and partnerships.
- Mentor and lead the finance team to achieve high performance.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant with 18 to 22yearsof post Qualification Experience
- Knowledge of IND-AS AND USGAP is mandatory for this role .
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in Manufacturin Industry is highly preferred.
