Role Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading the company's overall financial strategy, direction, and operations. This includes driving growth, innovation, and profitability, while ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and core values.

Key Responsibilities: (We need somebody who has experience in IPO)

Strategic Planning & Business Growth:

- Develop and implement the financial strategic plan aligned with organizational goals.

- Identify new market opportunities and assess market trends to support business expansion.

- Drive business diversification strategies and explore new revenue streams.

- Build investor relations and represent the company in funding discussions.

- Liaise with regulatory bodies and clients to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.

- Provide strategic inputs to the board and proactively propose financial solutions.

Financial Management & Operations:

- Lead the preparation and management of the company's annual budget and financial forecasts.

- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.

- Ensure cost control, reduce wastage, and improve overall financial efficiency.

- Prepare and present regular financial and operational reports to senior leadership.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, BSE/NSE listing requirements, and support IPO readiness.

- Drive SWOT analysis, financial strategy formulation, and goal setting across business units.

- Lead financial due diligence for M&A, equity & debt funding, and investor presentations.

- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for CMA data, project loans, and term sheet finalization.

- Ensure adherence to tax regulations, fundraising requirements, and government compliance.

Fundraising & Investment Management:

- Equity: Lead the preparation of IPO documentation, prospectus, investor decks, and valuation reports.

- Debt: Manage the creation of information memorandums, bank negotiations, and pre-disbursement processes.

- Oversee end-to-end fundraising processes and maintain investor confidence.

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the finance and commercial teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

- Set clear KPIs and expectations, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational performance.

- Represent the company in public forums, media, and industry events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- CA, CS, and/or MBA in Finance.

- 16-25 years of experience in finance, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

- Proven experience in IPO handling, fund management, and corporate finance within listed companies.

- Strong knowledge of budgeting, accounting, cash flow, balance sheet analysis, and lean systems.

- Experience in mergers & acquisitions, strategic financial planning, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
