Chief Financial Officer - FMCD/FMCG

Our client is a fast-growing FMCD company, now backed by a leading Private Equity (PE) firm, poised for aggressive expansion. With a strong focus on innovation, market penetration, and scaling operations, the company is looking for a seasoned finance leader to drive financial strategy, business growth, and investor relations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Strategic Financial Leadership: Drive financial strategy, planning, and execution to support the company's growth objectives.

- Business Finance & FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.

- Commercial Finance: Partner with business teams to drive pricing strategies, trade investments, and margin optimization.

- Investor Relations & Fundraising: Manage investor communications, financial reporting, and capital-raising activities.

- Financial Controls & Compliance: Establish strong internal controls, risk management frameworks, and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Optimize cash flows, inventory planning, and credit control to ensure financial stability.

- Process Automation & Digital Transformation: Drive automation and implementation of financial systems for better efficiency and decision-making.

Key Requirements:

- CA with 12+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.

- Strong background in Business Finance & FP&A within the FMCG/FMCD industry (mandatory).

- Experience in working with startups or high-growth companies is a plus.

- Proven expertise in financial planning, commercial finance, and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
