Chief Financial Officer - Chemical Manufacturing/EPC

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the company, including financial planning, project funding, cash flow management, and ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Key Result Areas :

1. Financial Planning and Management:

- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Ensure effective financial management and control.

2. Project Funding and Financing:

- Manage project funding for grassroots new expansion projects.

- Identify and secure funding options (loans, grants, etc.).

3. Cash Flow Management:

- Ensure effective cash flow management.

- Optimize working capital management.

4. Business Strategy and Growth:

- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies.

- Identify opportunities for vertical growth and expansion.

5. Domestic and International Business:

- Oversee financial aspects of domestic and international business operations.

- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

6. Joint Ventures, Technology Transfer, and Acquisitions:

- Evaluate and negotiate joint venture agreements.

- Oversee financial aspects of technology transfer agreements.

- Evaluate and negotiate acquisition deals.

7. Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a CFO or similar role in a manufacturing or EPC company.

2. Strong financial management and planning skills.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Experience in project funding and financing.

5. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.

6. Experience in joint ventures, technology transfer, and acquisitions.

7.CA or similar qualified person with at least 5 years as CFO in similar organization
