Chief Financial Officer - CA

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Durgapur/ Madurai/ Jaipur

Experience Required: 15+ years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial strategy, global operations, compliance, and risk management while supporting the company's growth vision.

- The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in multi-branch accounting, international financial operations, and regulatory frameworks across different geographies.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification - Mandatory.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts with at least 5+ years in a leadership/CXO role.

- Proven expertise in international financial operations, multi-branch accounting, and compliance.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards, and cross-border taxation.

- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial modeling.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
