Chief Financial Officer - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and compliance.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and scalability in a high-growth SaaS/startup environment.

- Manage investor relations, fundraising activities, and capital allocation.

- Drive financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

- Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial goals with business objectives.

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Proven track record in SaaS industry or startup environments.

- Experience managing finance functions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and investor relations.
