Job Summary

- We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, planning, and operations.

- The CFO will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing financial insights that support key business decisions.

- As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will partner with the CEO, board, and senior executives to shape the companys long-term success.

- Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the companys overall business goals.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

- Manage treasury, liquidity, and cash flow to ensure financial stability.

- Oversee accounting, audit, tax, and compliance functions.

- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.

- Build relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

- Drive initiatives to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and ROI.

- Manage fundraising, M&A, debt financing, and capital structure decisions.

- Implement strong internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.

- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles.

- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, tax, and compliance regulations.

- Excellent understanding of fundraising, investments, and capital markets.

- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

- High level of integrity, ethics, and financial discipline.
