We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chartered Accountant with 20-25 years of extensive experience in the Cables and Conductors industry to join our leadership team as CFO. This is a senior strategic role for a highly experienced professional who has consistently demonstrated expertise in financial management, fund-raising, and capital structuring within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fund Raising & Debt Management: Independently lead the process of raising equity funds from investors and debt financing from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. This includes preparation of financial models, business plans, investor presentations, and negotiation of terms.

- Bank Credit Management: Manage complete banking relationships with a focus on credit facilities, working capital management, term loans, project financing, and consortium banking arrangements. Ensure timely renewals, compliance, and optimization of credit limits.

- Strategic Financial Leadership: Drive long-term financial strategy aligned with organizational goals. Provide critical insights to the Board and senior management to support decision-making on growth, diversification, and investments.

- Treasury & Cash Flow: Oversee treasury functions, optimize liquidity, and ensure effective utilization of funds to meet operational and expansion needs.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory, taxation, and corporate governance requirements, including statutory audits, tax audits, and internal control frameworks.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with investors, banks, credit rating agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders. Represent the organization with credibility and confidence.

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and variance analysis, while ensuring accurate financial reporting and business intelligence for management decisions.

- Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and guide the finance team, instilling best practices, efficiency, and accountability across all financial operations.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies:

- Chartered Accountant qualification with 20-25 years of post-qualification experience, primarily in the Cables/Conductors industry.

- Proven expertise in bank credit processes, debt syndication, fund-raising, and financial structuring.

- Strong knowledge of treasury management, taxation, corporate finance, and risk management.

- Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate and secure funding from banks, financial institutions, and investors.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at the highest levels.

- Prior leadership experience as VP Finance, CFO, or equivalent role is mandatory.
