Chief Financial Officer

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (Head Office).

Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years in finance leadership roles, with strong understanding of the IT industry.

We are looking for a strategic CFO to lead financial planning and management for our IT company with branches across India and abroad.

The ideal candidate must understand the IT industry deeply and be able to manage complex financial operations across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

- Monitor and optimize cash flow and investments across branches.

- Drive strategic growth and profitability initiatives globally.

- Advise leadership on financial planning and risk management.

Requirements

- Min. 8 years of senior finance leadership experience.

- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and international finance practices.

- Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
