Responsibilities:

- Develop and present comprehensive financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO.

- Provide insights into financial trends and potential risks and opportunities.

- Lead and support the company's financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.

- Oversee cash flow, cash management, and working capital management.

- Manage company audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Ensure legal compliance across all financial functions.

- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

- Negotiate favorable terms for loans and other financial services.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated strong finance-based analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights

- 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, with a proven track record of success.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- CPA or MBA preferred.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient with financial software and tools.

- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
