Chief Executive Officer - Stock Broking
- As the CEO of Stock Broking, you will be responsible for establishing and growing the company's stock broking operations from scratch.
- This is a hands-on leadership role where you will develop the business strategy, design operational processes, launch our products and services, attract and retain customers, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- You will be the face of the company and will play a crucial role in building the brand, cultivating partnerships, and driving long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Creation and Strategy:
- Develop the vision and strategic direction for building the stock broking business from the ground up.
- Identify and seize new market opportunities, defining a clear roadmap for growth and scale.
- Create a comprehensive business plan, focusing on product development, market entry, customer acquisition, and financial performance.
- Establish a competitive pricing strategy and marketing approach to capture market share in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
Product and Platform Development:
- Lead the design, development, and launch of a cutting-edge stock broking platform that meets the needs of both retail and institutional clients.
- Collaborate closely with technology and product teams to ensure seamless integration of trading features, security, and user experience.
- Continuously innovate and refine products and services based on customer feedback, market trends, and technological advancements.
Financial Management and Fundraising:
- Oversee the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Lead fundraising efforts, securing venture capital, and building strong investor relationships to fund business growth.
- Manage capital allocation effectively, ensuring investments are made in high-priority areas that accelerate business growth.
Customer Acquisition and Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and digital marketing to attract both retail and institutional investors.
- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and regulatory bodies to accelerate market entry.
- Monitor market trends and adjust business strategies to stay ahead of competitors and meet changing customer demands.
Team Building and Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing, entrepreneurial team, hiring key leadership roles across technology, sales, marketing, and operations.

- Mentor and guide team members to help them grow professionally while ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:

- Establish the company's presence and reputation in the stock broking and fintech space.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements to build brand awareness and credibility.
- Develop and execute PR and marketing strategies to create thought leadership and position the company as a leading fintech disruptor.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in fintech, stock broking, and market technologies to drive innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and robo-advisors to enhance the platform and customer experience.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, testing, and adaptation to ensure the business remains competitive.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven track record of building and scaling businesses from scratch, particularly in the fintech or stock broking industry.
- Extensive experience in product development, market entry, customer acquisition, and team building.
- Experience with venture capital fundraising, investor relations, and financial management in early-stage startups.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, stock trading platforms, and regulations.
