Job Summary:
- The Chief Executive Officer - Sales will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- This leadership role requires a strategic visionary who can drive sales growth, manage dealership performance, and enhance customer experience while aligning with the overall strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Formulate and implement robust sales strategies tailored to various markets and customer segments, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational vision.
- Oversee the annual sales budgeting process, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet financial goals.
- Create accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends to guide inventory and staffing decisions.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team through training and development initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Sales Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficient processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- 8-10 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
