Key Purpose:

- The CEO will be responsible for shaping and executing the business strategy across short-term (18 months), mid-term (3 years), and long-term horizons to meet the company's goals in a highly competitive market.

The role includes:

- Driving growth across each business vertical, focusing on both organic growth and acquisition strategies.

- Identifying and maximizing synergies among the three business verticals to uncover untapped and emerging opportunities.

- Delivering on the business plan, with a strong emphasis on P&L and EBITA growth.
