LOCATION: Sahibabad, Uttar Pradesh (Plant + Office Campus)

REPORTS TO: Chairman & Managing Director (CMD)

A mid-sized forging and manufacturing company specializing in high-quality, customized steel forgings primarily in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals sectors.

The company is also building new verticals in Railways, Infrastructure, and Defense.

THE ROLE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

The CEO will own the enterprise P&L and lead the companys next phase of growthexpanding markets, upgrading operations and technology, and building a high-performance culture.

This role is ideal for a builder-leader ready to scale a mid-sized manufacturing company into a globally competitive enterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own end-to-end P&L and value creation; set strategy, translate into roadmaps, and deliver outcomes.

- Take enterprise-wide ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG - working through empowered functional heads and Group shared services.

- Drive market expansion (India and exports) with focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals (Defense, Railways, Infrastructure); build channel/partner ecosystems in priority geographies (Middle East, followed by Europe, North America, and SE Asia).

- Build a predictable order book and margin profile; negotiate long-cycle contracts and key accounts.

- Modernize manufacturing: improve throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality; deploy capex with IRR/ROI discipline.

- Lead digital/ERP transformation; institutionalize data-driven governance (S&OP, SKU profitability, cash conversion, vendor scorecards).

- Strengthen supply chain resiliencevendor development for alloys (including duplex and super duplex) and strategic sourcing.

- Establish a performance cultureclear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench, with safety and compliance as non-negotiables.

- Represent the company with customers, JV/tech partners, auditors, banks, and industry bodies; uphold brand and governance standards.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR (Capability & Experience)

- 18+ years in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with demonstrated P&L ownership and scale-up results.

- Track record in driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts; Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or heavy engineering background preferred.

- Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.

- Solid financial acumen (pricing, mix, working capital, project IRR) and stakeholder management (banks, auditors, boards).

- People leader who builds accountable teams and a performance culture.

- Education: Engineering (preferred) + MBA/PGDM desirable.
