Job Description:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE SOMEONE WHO IS HANDLING A (MIN) TOPLINE OF 100CR+
SOME MUST HAVEs:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institution (e.g., IITs, IIMs, ISB preferred) is advantageous, though exceptional track records will be considered.
- Professional Experience: 15+ Years of Leadership experience with at least 5 years in P&L role with significant executive experience in e-commerce, enterprise technology, or industrial distribution, with a proven record of scaling businesses and driving profitability.
- Enterprise & Strategic Sales: Demonstrable success in building C-suite relationships, managing complex B2B sales cycles, and executing strategic account management.
- Investor & Board Interaction: Experience in managing investor relations, fundraising, and engaging with board-level stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum 15+ years of leadership experience with at least 5 years in P&L roles.
- Industry: Looking for candidates from B2B platforms, enterprise technology, or industrial distribution sectors only
- Education: Candidates from premier institutions are preferred but not mandatory if offset by an exceptional track record.
Role Description:
- The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be the strategic architect and public face of Shakedeal, responsible for driving exponential growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.
- The ideal leader will have deep expertise in e-commerce, enterprise technology, or industrial distribution, with a strong track record in scaling high-growth organizations and building C-suite relationships in large enterprises.
