Job Summary:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing overall operations, and ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of the organization. The CEO works closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to drive growth, enhance organizational performance, and uphold the company's mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-level strategies, make major corporate decisions, and manage overall operations and resources.
- Act as the main point of communication between the Board of Directors and corporate operations.
- Oversee financial performance, investments, and business ventures.
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team.
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable, and ethical company culture.
- Represent the company in public and professional settings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior executive role, preferably as a CEO or in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
