About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic business leader to drive the next phase of growth for a tech-enabled real estate platform. The platform is transforming the home-buying experience by integrating personalized advisory, digital solutions, financial partnerships, and post-sales services to deliver a seamless, consumer-first experience.

The CBO will take complete ownership of business strategy, P&L management, revenue growth, and team leadership, while building a scalable, high-growth organization. While prior real estate experience is not mandatory, candidates must have strong exposure to consumer businesses in sectors like fintech, proptech, wealth management, e-commerce, or premium lifestyle/retail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and own the P&L for the business, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

2. Build and lead high-performance teams across sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success to achieve business goals.

3. Drive developer and financial partnerships to strengthen inventory pipelines and financing solutions for customers.

4. Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to improve digital experience and advisory tools.

5. Identify and explore new business models and monetization opportunities aligned with long-term strategic goals.

Candidate Profile:

1. Tier 1 MBA is mandatory - IIM/ISB/FMS/NMIMS/SIBM/XLRI

2. 7 to 14 years of experience in building and scaling consumer-facing businesses across real estate, fintech, proptech, e-commerce, wealth management, or premium retail sectors.

3. Strong business acumen with proven P&L ownership or significant revenue/growth leadership experience.

3. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performing teams.

4. Strong understanding of digital platforms, marketplaces, and customer-centric business models.

5. Experience in forging and managing strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.

6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution and innovation.
