Chief Business Officer - SaaS

About the Role

We are seeking a CXO to lead the next phase of growth for a scaling SaaS platform. This leadership role comes with full ownership of P&L, GTM strategy, revenue growth, partnerships, and customer success. The CBO will work closely with the Founders/CEO and Board to shape strategy while driving hands-on execution across India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- P&L & Growth Ownership: Drive overall business growth with full ownership of P&L, ARR, unit economics, and monetization models (pricing, packaging, upsell/cross-sell).

- GTM & Market Expansion: Design and execute go-to-market strategies across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments; expand into new verticals and geographies (India + global).

- Sales, Partnerships & Customer Success: Lead enterprise sales, account management, customer success, and renewals while building alliances, channels, and strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption.

- Product & Market Alignment: Partner with Product & Tech leadership to ensure the roadmap is customer-centric, scalable, and aligned to evolving market needs.

- Team & Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing teams across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success; foster a culture of accountability, agility, and results.

Stakeholder & Investor Engagement: Act as the external face of the business with investors, Board, and key partners, presenting performance, opportunities, and risks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 15-20 years of experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, or B2B platforms.

- Proven track record of scaling businesses to - 300-500 Cr ARR / $50M+ revenues.

- Deep experience in enterprise sales, GTM design, partnerships, and P&L management.

- Global exposure (US, EU, SEA markets preferred).

- MBA / Tier-1 pedigree desirable but not mandatory.
