About Company: A leading Retail Ecommerce Company

Experience: 15+ years in Retail/Ecommerce business

Key KRA's & Required Skills:

- Will be responsible for end to end P&L management of the business along with key strategic initiatives and policy formulation.

- Ability to manage the business unit from scratch, build processes, scale business.

- Build robust processes to scale up business as per policies and practices of e-commerce channels.

- Will be responsible for leading various teams while managing different product categories, hence excellent leadership skills required.

- Strong experience in managing senior stakeholders across E-commerce, Vendor Organizations and Corporate functions.

- An ideal candidate will be someone from startup background with 0-1 scalability experience.

- Must have an MBA degree (preferably from B-schools).
