Chief Business Officer - EdFinTech

We are hiring a Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead and scale our client's India loan operations. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end business performance-from customer acquisition to loan disbursement. The role offers full P&L ownership and requires an execution-driven leader with deep experience in fintech, lending, or financial services.

Experience & Qualification

- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute preferred.

- 10-15 years of experience in business leadership within fintech, lending, BFSI, or EdTech domains.

- Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership.

- Strong understanding of India's digital lending and student finance ecosystem.

- Proven track record in scaling operations, driving revenue, and managing strategic alliances.
