Chief Business Officer - eCommerce

About:

- Own and drive the overall P&L for the category; be accountable for revenue, margins, working capital and profitability.

- Build and execute the category growth strategy including assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and customer acquisition

- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews for the category including inventory planning

- Work closely with central finance and FP&A teams for timely and accurate reporting and compliance

- Work on reconciliations, returns and claim settlements

- Partner with product, tech, marketing, and operations teams to improve customer experience, drive repeat rate, and reduce drop- offs.

- CA/MBA with 15+ years overall experience

- Strong experience in eCommerce, category P&L, business finance and strategy roles

- Excellent stakeholder management across cross- functional teams

- High bias for action and comfort in an agile, fast- paced startup environment
