Role Overview: As the Chief Business Officer (CBO), you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and scaling operations. You will oversee key functions including sales, marketing, product strategy, and partnerships while ensuring the company's vision aligns with its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's business strategy to meet growth targets.

- Revenue Growth: Lead revenue generation efforts across multiple channels, including e-commerce, retail partnerships, and market expansion.

- Product and Market Expansion: Spearhead new product development and identify opportunities for market penetration.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business goals.

- Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and insights to optimize business operations and performance.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in business leadership roles, mandatory to have MBB experience.

- Proven experience in scaling businesses, leading teams, and driving revenue growth.

- A passion for health and wellness, with a solid understanding of consumer trends in the food and snack industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
