Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business development initiatives and drive growth for our company.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
- The Senior Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that will increase our revenue and market share.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 1 year in a management role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
