- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring team productivity and efficiency.

- Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer insights to guide sales strategies.

- Implement lead generation and conversion strategies to maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to interpret market data.

- Proficiency in sales forecasting and pipeline management.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
