Purpose:
Chemco Plastic Industries Private Limited ("Chemco") is seeking an experienced full time Senior Manager/ Assistant General Manager for Corporate Finance
Reporting:
Vice President, Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze cost, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the Company's actual performance compared to business plans
- Preparation of long-term financial projections of the Group
- Prepare financial and business-related analysis for new & expansion projects
- Performing treasury activities related to borrowings and debt management;
- Preparation of detailed proposal to banks/ financial institutions;
- To handle the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation, review of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the Banks/financial institutions and security creation
- Making presentations to Banks, handle queries from banks/financial institutions to facilitate sanction of credit facilities, negotiation of term sheet with Banks/financial institutions
- Follow up with bank officials to ensure compliance and completion of various processes pre and post disbursement
- Timely Ratings of all instruments including Annual/periodic surveillance and compliance.
- Monitor the overall debt of the Company, ensure effective cost of debt and ensuring timely servicing of debt.
- Maintaining relationship with Banks, Investors and developing new Banking relationships
- Ensure routine banking & RBI (including FEMA) compliances
Educational Qualification/ Soft Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Professionally qualified accountant with a designation such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or MBA from a reputed institute
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience post qualification
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Analytical mindset with effective time management, planning, and coordination abilities
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team
Job Specific Skills
Applicant should have:
- Perform successfully in organizational roles of similar magnitude and complexity
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in accounting, financial planning and management, and other management support areas, as required
- Relevant experience across domestic loans, ECBs, credit facilities - fund based / non fund based
- A deep understanding of corporate credit, project finance, working capital etc.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Should have excellent understanding of Financial Statements with ability to analyze balance sheet etc.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP S4 Hana.
