Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape long-term business and workforce strategy.
- Lead culture transformation initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead senior-level hiring and succession planning.
- Build a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee campus hiring and leadership pipeline development.
- Performance & Rewards
- Design and implement performance management frameworks.
- Lead compensation strategy, including pay benchmarking, incentive structures, and ESOPs.
- Drive pay-for-performance culture across levels.
- Learning & Development
- Architect L&D programs that foster leadership development and continuous learning.
- Build internal capability frameworks aligned with business needs.
- HR Operations & Technology
- Streamline HR operations through automation and digital HRMS tools.
-Ensure seamless payroll, compliance, and workforce analytics reporting.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a culture of inclusion, trust, and high performance.
- Champion DE&I initiatives and employee well-being programs.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure statutory compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations.
- Mitigate legal and reputational risks through strong policy frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience; 5+ years in a CHRO or VP-HR role.
- Strong exposure to scaling organizations and managing change in dynamic environments.
- Proven experience in employee relations, digital HR transformation, and leadership coaching.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
