- Shared Services & Global Business Services

- Team Handling (Span of control - ~500)

- Highly effective communicator and excellent attention to detail

- Experience in strategic planning and execution

- Ability to drive and manage change per the needs of the business environment.

- Technical and comprehensive knowledge of all financial and accounting disciplines, including accounting, financial planning and reporting, tax, and compliance.

- Should have demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders in a highly matrix-based organization.

- Is a good team player with excellent collaborative communication skills, displaying honesty, fairness, objectivity, and accountability, with a clear understanding of how to deliver both personal and team goals
