Chat360 is a leading Omnichannel Gen AI Platform that works with 300+ customers including Audi,Jeep, Motilal Oswal and others. Chat360 is an official Meta Partner and valued north of $20M and are looking for someone who can help us scale up 10x in the next 3 years. The role is equity + fixed comp and the agenda would be to work closely with the current 2 founders, meet customers, drive revenue across teams, and implementing processes to help us scale up 10x.

- Having a bootstrapped, aggressive target driven, no excuse, execution mindset is mandatory.

- 4-10 years of experience in revenue leadership roles within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of scaling ARR.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS business model, subscription pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with sales automation tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and revenue intelligence platforms.
- Strong expertise in enterprise and mid-market sales cycles, including complex deal negotiation and contract structuring.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Experience in international SaaS market expansion and GTM strategy is a plus.
