Lead - Marketing & Business Development
Job Description:
Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Convert leads into clients by identifying needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Drive new business through outreach, consultative selling, and proposal generation.
- Cross-sell services and upsell to existing clients (renewals, subscriptions, upgraded plans).
Marketing, Branding & Content Strategy:
- Support and execute lead generation strategies through coordinated marketing efforts.
- Create, edit, and post branded video content for campaigns, social media, and educational
purposes
Digital Engagement: Webinars, Podcasts & social media:
- Organize and support the production of webinars and podcasts
- Assist with topic planning, speaker coordination, tech setup, and audience outreach.
Website Administration:
- Monitor website performance, usability, and apply SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and in-house tech teams for improvements and technical updates.
Client Relationship Management:
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Build rapport and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients and prospects.
Administrative & Team Collaboration:
- Maintain lead reports, CRM systems, and internal documentation.
- Contribute to internal projects, planning sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
