Chartered Accountant - Transaction Advisory

We are hiring for a client in their expanding Transaction Advisory practice - an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact strategic transactions and shape business decisions from the ground up.

About the Role:

You'll collaborate with clients on a variety of strategic mandates, including:

- Business reorganization & corporate restructuring

- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

- Fund raise support & IPO readiness

- ESOP structuring & advisory

- Deal structuring, valuation, regulatory compliance, and post-deal integration

Our assignments involve deep engagement with key regulatory frameworks - FEMA, Income Tax, SEBI, Companies Act, IND AS - and providing strategic inputs throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Who Should Apply:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-5 years of experience

- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

- Keen interest in M&A, deal structuring, corporate finance, and strategic advisory

- Ability to work on complex business problems with clarity and logical thinking
