Chartered Accountant/Finance Lead - Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant to take charge of site-level financial operations for our Real Estate client. The role will focus on compliance, accurate reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the business unit level.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee financial operations at site level, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Drive compliance with Ind AS, IGAAP, GST, Tax Audit, and RERA requirements

- Manage site-level cash flow reporting, profit and cash projection reports

- Lead a team of finance professionals (5-6members)

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant with 7-12 years of relevant experience

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IGAAP, Revenue Recognition, Deferred Tax, GST & Tax Audit

- Hands-on experience with RERA compliance and real estate industry preferred

- Proven leadership experience managing teams

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
