Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team. The role will focus on statutory compliance, financial reporting, taxation, internal controls, and investor-ready financial documentation for a listed entity. It involves close engagement with auditors, tax authorities, funding partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure robust financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS)

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings; manage departmental assessments

- Oversee books of accounts, cash flow management, and inter-company transactions

- Handle compliance-related reporting to BSE, SEBI, MCA, and other statutory authorities

- Collaborate with Company Secretary on XBRL filings, QIP documentation, and regulatory support

- Assist in preparation of financial models and investor presentations

- Support internal and external audits, ensuring process integrity and documentation readiness

- Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and investors for fundraising, due diligence, and disclosures

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI

- Experience in a listed/public limited company environment

- Strong understanding of Ind-AS, taxation, and financial compliance

- Exposure to fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting
