We are looking for a Transition Expert with Chartered Accountant qualification who can seamlessly manage client transitions, financial processes, and onboarding. The role requires a blend of financial expertise, stakeholder management, and process transition skills to ensure smooth migration of client accounts and long-term relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end transition projects for new clients, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Manage client onboarding, including financial due diligence, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance and accounting processes during transition.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting to support transition activities.
- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Implement best practices for knowledge transfer, SOP creation, and process handover.
- Ensure all transitions are aligned with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Provide insights for process improvements and efficiency in client financial management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting,
- Proven expertise in client handling, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Experience in transition management/project management within finance or outsourcing setups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Client Transition.
- Prior experience in KPO/BPO/Outsourcing industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of international accounting standards preferred.
