- Spearhead technical excellence initiatives across the engineering practice.

- Collaborate with project squads to pinpoint and implement process efficiencies.

- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve project processes and strategies.

- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, integrating them into processes.

- Guide and coach squads in automation, ensuring adoption of industry standards.

- Champion continuous improvement and process excellence to elevate quality and productivity.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 20+ years, with proven success managing and delivering complex, cross-functional programs.

- Domain Expertise: Project leadership, ideally within the travel industry.

- Technical Acumen: Deep expertise in SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Leadership Skills: Outstanding communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.

- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making and strong problem-solving skills.

- Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working within fast-paced, dynamic settings.
