Job Summary:

- Reliance Telecom is seeking a result-driven and proactive Channel Sales Lead / Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow our distribution network within a designated territory.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving channel partner performance, and ensuring strong market penetration of telecom products and services.

- This role is ideal for professionals with strong distribution experience who are passionate about field sales, dealer/distributor management, and delivering consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage channel sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners.

- Monitor and drive the performance of channel partners through regular reviews, training, and support.

- Ensure timely stock availability, order fulfillment, and channel satisfaction.

- Analyze territory sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, marketing, and customer service to enable smooth operations.

- Implement trade promotions and schemes to boost secondary sales and partner engagement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and commercial terms across all channel activities.

- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and channel health.

Key Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in channel sales / territory sales

- Proven experience in managing a distribution network, channel partners, and achieving sales targets.

- Strong understanding of rural and urban market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead a sales territory with minimal supervision.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM/Sales reporting tools
