Channel Play - Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end program execution including planning, implementation, and monitoring of field operations

- Manage and guide sales teams to ensure high performance, productivity, and adherence to field processes

- Supervise recruitment and onboarding processes, focusing on reducing TAT and improving efficiency

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, to ensure seamless operations

- Analyze team and program performance data to generate actionable insights and business reports

- Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain strong operational hygiene across locations

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and field execution

- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and performance updates
