Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Business Development Manager to spearhead partner acquisition and sales growth for Acer products in the region. This role requires a balance of strategic market development, partner relationship management, and execution excellence. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in strengthening Channelplays channel ecosystem by driving revenue growth, expanding partner networks, and ensuring consistent business delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development & Expansion:
- Drive structured partner acquisition, targeting 100+ new partners with active billing per quarter.
Sales Growth & Market Penetration:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Acer products.
- Support partners in inventory management, stock liquidation, and revenue optimization.
- Execute regional business plans to maximize product visibility and adoption.
Partner & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, enabling partners with product knowledge, sales strategies, and market insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner engagement and business enablement.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and trend mapping to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide insights to refine sales strategies, channel policies, and promotional initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 4-6 years in channel/field sales (preferably IT hardware, laptops, or consumer electronics).
MBA in sales is requiredExpertise: Strong understanding of dealer & distributor networks, channel activation, and sales operations.
Skills:
- Strong command of English and local language.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to convert insights into sales growth.

Mobility: Willingness for extensive travel across assigned territories.
