Channel Partner Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned channel partners.

- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and escalations.

- Conduct regular partner meetings to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.

- Understand partner business models, goals, and challenges to provide tailored support.

Sales Enablement:

- Develop and deliver partner training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.

- Provide partners with access to sales and marketing collateral, tools, and resources.

- Assist partners in developing and executing joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

- Monitor partner sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results.

Partner Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach.

- Manage the partner onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with company goals.

- Evaluate potential partner capabilities and suitability.

Performance Management:

- Track and analyze partner sales data and performance metrics.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve partner performance and achieve sales targets.

- Prepare and present regular reports on partner performance and market trends.

- Ensure that partners are following all company policies.

Market Analysis:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on partner and customer needs.

- Contribute to the development of channel strategies.

- Communication and Collaboration:

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with partners and internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner initiatives.

- Resolve partner issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in channel partner management, sales, or a related role.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
