
Job Title: Change Manager / Senior Business Analyst Capital Markets (US & European Regulations)
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Shifts: 1:30-10:30 PM
Hybrid: 3 Days WFO
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Capital Markets Regulatory Change team as a Change Manager with strong Business Analyst expertise. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, requiring the ability to analyze regulatory requirements, translate them into business and functional changes, and drive end-to-end delivery. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets with deep exposure to US and European regulations such as MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, Volcker, Basel III/IV, SFTR, and related frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct impact assessments, gap analysis, and requirement gathering across front, middle, and back-office functions.
- Translate regulatory obligations into detailed business requirements (BRDs, FRDs) and functional specifications.
- Partner with technology teams to design and implement system/process changes.
- Drive end-to-end delivery including requirement validation, solution design, UAT planning/execution, and implementation support.
- Liaise with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence and timely delivery.
- Provide subject matter expertise on US and European regulatory regimes and guide business users on compliance expectations.
- Track and manage change deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines, milestones, and governance frameworks.
- Support ongoing monitoring of regulatory implementations and address issues post go-live.
- Stay updated on new and evolving regulations impacting the capital markets business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets with at least 45 years in a Change Management capacity.
- Strong knowledge of US and European regulations MiFID II, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, Basel III/IV, SFTR, Volcker, etc.
- Solid understanding of capital markets products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Structured Products, etc.).
- Proven track record in delivering regulatory change initiatives in global banking environments.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple regulatory initiatives simultaneously.
